UKI Direct is an independent, Yorkshire-based insurance broker that specialises in B2B insurance.
Our brief was to design and build a clean and clear website that allowed potential customers to access the information they needed easily. This meant that we designed the website with a strong focus on UI and highlighting the trust factor.
Built in WordPress, we added a quote feature button and form that allows the user to submit their details and UKI could go back to them quickly, improving their sales. Insurance can require detailed information, so we also integrated a live chat function, to address any user questions then and there. The overall result was a great website that has increased their number of clients and provided an excellent ROI.
