Click Through Digital Ltd is a leading digital marketing agency in North Yorkshire, with a large portfolio of clients both nationally and internationally, across multiple sectors. As well as delivering business growth for all our clients through digital marketing channels, we also provide innovative website design and development. 

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in North Yorkshire. You will be joining a business who puts full emphasis on providing excellent service for our clients as well as internally developing team members within their role.

Role & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support the Head of Marketing and Marketing Team in the creation, management, analysis and development across a variety of clients’ digital marketing channels and strategies. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with great brands and join a rapidly growing agency.

  • Support in the development and implementation of organic and paid social media strategies (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok)
  • Support in the development and implementation of Google advertising strategies
  • Support in the management and analysis of organic social media, paid social media and Google advertising accounts and campaigns
  • Support in the development, implementation and analysis of SEO strategies
  • Create, manage, analyse and develop email marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Support with in-depth research and analysis for all accounts on a weekly basis to ensure consistent and continual development of activity
  • Conduct competitor research and analysis
  • Create monthly client reports and attend regular meetings with key stakeholders
  • Work with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Team to execute innovative strategies to achieve client objectives
  • Ensure continuous knowledge and necessary implementation of digital marketing channel updates, trends and algorithm amendments 
  • Professional agency advocacy to support continued business growth

In addition to these functions you may, on occasion, be required to carry out other tasks and duties relevant to your expertise.

Essential Experience/Knowledge

  • Strong experience and working knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter for Business, YouTube Advertising, TikTok for Business, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager and Google Adwords Manager
  • A minimum of 3+ years digital marketing experience 
  • Experience managing large-scale, complex, results-driven projects with significant budget
  • Facebook and Google certifications would be an advantage
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data to increase campaign performance
  • Experience using SEMrush or similar softwares 
  • Experience using Adobe suite or similar softwares
  • Experience and working knowledge of WordPress, Shopify and/or other CMS’
  • Confident managing a multi-sector workload, working to deadlines and prioritising tasks to keep on top of multiple campaigns, clients and other responsibilities
  • Demonstrable passion for all digital platforms – keeping abreast of key industry trends and innovation opportunities
  • Experience and working knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation
  • Excellent oral and written English skills – multilingual skills would be an advantage
  • Excellent and professional internal and external communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace
  • Proactive with a willingness to develop and grow within the role and business
