We began working with the team in summer 2023, initially supporting them with a smooth website migration before quickly becoming their go-to partner across multiple marketing channels.

The Strategy.
We started by stabilising their online presence with website hosting and maintenance following their migration.
From there, we introduced a multi-channel approach. We took over their social media to showcase the experience in a way that actually felt exciting but achievable to the average person, we didn’t want to create just another “book now” post, implemented SEO to improve long-term visibility, and launched Google Ads campaigns to capture high-intent traffic.
As results built, so did the partnership. Off the back of strong performance on social media, How Stean Gorge trusted us to design and develop a brand-new website, built to better reflect their offering and support future growth.
The Results.
The campaign delivered strong growth across both organic and paid activity, significantly increasing visibility and driving high volumes of new traffic. Paid search played a key role in expanding reach and capturing demand, while paid social delivered large-scale exposure across Meta platforms.
Organic social also saw substantial improvements, with both Facebook and Instagram reaching far wider audiences than before. TikTok emerged as a particularly effective channel, generating standout levels of engagement and viewership through a video-first approach. Overall, the marketing activity we delivered successfully built brand awareness and brought a consistent flow of new users into the funnel.
