The Challenge.

With a new website in place, the focus shifted to driving consistent traffic and enquiries through social channels.

A key part of this was shifting towards video-led content. Reels became a central focus, allowing properties to be presented in a more engaging and dynamic way, while also improving reach across both Facebook and Instagram.

Alongside this, we refined the overall content mix to balance property listings with brand-led and awareness content, ensuring the channels stayed active, varied and relevant. Everything was built to encourage interaction and drive users through to the website.
