Brymor Ice Cream is a well-loved Yorkshire brand known for its rich, locally made ice cream and family-friendly destination. Alongside The Parlour and their retail offering, plus Cream o’ Galloway, they manage multiple brands with distinct audiences and goals.
We partnered with Brymor to take full control of their social media, covering both organic content and paid social advertising across all three areas of the business.

Managing multiple brands under one umbrella meant juggling different audiences, tones and objectives, without losing consistency.
Brymor needed a clearer social strategy that could showcase their products, drive footfall to The Parlour, support retail sales, and build brand awareness across Cream o’ Galloway, all while making the content feel fresh rather than repetitive.
The Strategy.
We took ownership of Brymor’s social media channels, creating a structured content plan that balanced brand storytelling, product promotion and audience engagement.
Each arm of the business was given its own identity, while still sitting comfortably under the wider Brymor brand. We introduced paid social campaigns to amplify reach, target key audiences and support seasonal pushes, ensuring content was not just seen, but acted on.
From playful, scroll-stopping visuals to strategic ad campaigns, everything was built to drive both engagement and real-world results.
The Results.
Our approach brought consistency and clarity across all three brands, turning a previously fragmented presence into something far more joined-up and recognisable.
The impact was immediate. Facebook impressions surged by up to 1,800%, while Instagram reach grew by 147%, driven by a stronger focus on video and more engaging, shareable content. Reel performance played a key role, with reach increasing by over 500% and content generating more than 333,000 views.
Engagement followed suit, with Facebook post interactions up by 141%, showing a more active and involved audience across channels. Paid social campaigns amplified this further, delivering over 7,000 clicks and extending reach to new audiences at scale.
The result is a social presence that not only looks better but performs better, keeping Brymor front of mind whether customers are planning a visit, buying as retailers, or just thinking about their next ice cream fix!
