Social That Stands Out.
Launching a heritage venue into a modern market takes more than a few polished posts. Hotham Hall Estate needed a presence that felt as considered as its restoration. Something that could turn centuries of history into content people actually stop and pay attention to.

The Client.
Hotham Hall Estate is a restored Georgian country house, now operating as a luxury venue for weddings and corporate events. Surrounded by expansive grounds and layered with history, it offers a setting that stands apart from the expected.
As a newly relaunched venue, the estate needed more than visibility. It needed presence. The kind that builds trust quickly, communicates value clearly, and makes the right audience stop scrolling and think this is the one.

The Challenge.
Following a major renovation, Hotham Hall Estate was starting from zero in the public eye. There was no established audience, no social proof, and no digital presence strong enough to reflect the quality of the venue.
The challenge was not just to generate awareness, but to shape perception from the outset. It was about positioning the estate as a premium choice for weddings and events, while still holding onto the exclusivity that makes a venue like this so desirable.
The Strategy.
We built a content strategy around four core pillars: Heritage, History, Atmosphere and People. This gave us a clear structure to tell stories that felt rich, varied and consistent. Every piece of content had a role in bringing the estate to life and making its story relevant to a modern audience.
Alongside organic content, we ran targeted Meta Ads campaigns designed to drive high quality website traffic and wedding enquiries. Creative direction focused on the venue’s uniqueness, using cinematic visuals and carefully considered messaging. Our social storytelling also fed directly into the website build, with individual pages for each room that captured their character and the detail behind their restoration.
The Results.
The impact was both immediate and long lasting. Across Instagram and Facebook, Hotham Hall Estate grew to 9,872 followers, supported by content that people engaged with rather than ignored. Organic reach exceeded 1 million, helping establish the estate both locally and across the UK.
Paid campaigns played a key supporting role, generating over 82,000 website clicks through targeted Meta Ads. The result is a social presence that continues to attract new audiences while keeping existing ones interested, telling the story of the estate in a way that builds curiosity without giving everything away.
