The Acoustics Store is a specialist ecommerce retailer offering high-quality acoustic products for both commercial and domestic spaces. As a new brand, they needed a website that would instantly build trust while handling complex product functionality.

The Challenge.

Starting from scratch meant everything had to be right first time, from brand to build. The Acoustics Store needed a unique, ecommerce-focused identity that felt credible, modern and easy to use, while supporting long-term growth.

Alongside the branding, the website had to clearly explain products that are not always straightforward to understand online. There was also a requirement for advanced functionality, including a reverb calculator and an interactive “hear the difference” feature, both key to helping customers make confident buying decisions.

The Strategy.

We developed a clean, considered brand identity designed specifically to match their offerings. Simple, professional and creative. This carried through into the website design, creating a consistent and trustworthy experience from first click to checkout.

The site was built on a solid WordPress and WooCommerce setup, giving the client flexibility, scalability and straightforward day-to-day management.

From there, we introduced bespoke functionality tailored to their audience. This included a custom-built reverb calculator integrated into product pages, helping users better understand acoustic performance, alongside an interactive feature that allows customers to hear the difference between products directly on the site.

Everything was underpinned by intuitive navigation, clear product presentation and a smooth purchasing journey, all designed to support conversions from day one.
